Zillow Value v1.0a

This PHP script demonstrates how WirzBrothers zestimate.php can be used to find the Zillow Estimated Value of a property. There are many other scripts out there that accomplish this, however, WirzBrothers has exploded the xml class provided by the Zillow Application Programming Interface (API) in order to mine the specific information we desire - in this case the fair market value (as calculated by Zillow) of the property. Now we have provided a simple PHP function which uses the WirzBrothers API which uses the http://www.wirzbrothers.com/zestimate.php feature.

Google Page Rank Calculator

This excel Add-in will turn a URL into its corresponding page rank for the selected cell. This is calculated using the http://www.wirzbrothers.com/GooglePageRank.php?site=http://www.wirzbrothers.com method. Google, itself, will block an IP that makes too many Page Rank queries in a given time. By offloading the effort to the end-user, WirzBrothers can ensure reliable information without ReCAPTCHA field requirements. Map Distance v1.0a

This PHP script demonstrates how to use WirzBrothers distance.php to determine the driving distance between two addresses. As it turns out, this is the first FREE script giving web developers the ability to use PHP to determine driving distance without the use of a database. This application programming interface (API) is incredibly simple to use - and the protocol is not limited to PHP methods.

In this project, we take a system with unknown dynamics and utilize a dictionary function to develop a prediction for future states. I demonstrate this principle on 1D functions, 2D functions, and n-D functions - modeling sensor input, terrain maps, and the stock market.
